Sierra Leone 🇸🇱 joined other member states in several side events commemorating the 10th International Day of Women and Girls and Science.
The first of these was an event co-sponsored by Slovenia 🇸🇮 and Sierra Leone 🇸🇱 with the theme ‘Women in Science: From Research to Practice Achieving Gender Equality in Women’s Health’.
Sierra Leone also participated in an event sponsored by Malta 🇲🇹 and the Royal Academy of Science International Trust (RASIT) with the theme “Charting Progress to Shape the Future: The Best is Yet to Come”; and an event sponsored by Bulgaria 🇧🇬 with the theme “Youth Against Disinformation: Building Trust and Solidarity in a Polarized World”.
